Curve Testing
- TransTech Data Services conducts curve testing to determine the advisory speed of horizontal curves. This advisory speed is based on the maximum speed that a curve can be driven before the centrifugal force begins to cause a feeling of discomfort to the driver.
- Results are provided with recommendations of appropriate signing for the section of paved roadway.
- Our curve testing is performed using state of the art ball bank equipment by a provincially certified technician with over 10 years experience
